TERMS OF TRADING – Mail Order
I use PAYPAL to process all sales for my customers protection and my own.
To make a purchase, simply click on the "add to basket" button to put your chosen item into the online shopping basket. You can continue shopping or "proceed to checkout". At checkout follow the on-screen instructions.
UK Orders – Upon receiving your order I will send you an Email message giving you the date of dispatch – usually within 48 hours. I shop online myself all the time and appreciate good, efficient service and I therefore try very hard to afford my customers the same courtesy.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery for orders of £15 and under (free of charge within UK) and Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders of over £15 (free of charge within UK). Your receipt will be enclosed with the goods unless you request otherwise, together with full details of the materials used in the piece of jewellery.
Of course I hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase – please return it undamaged in the original packaging within 7 days using Royal Mail Special Delivery, for a full refund. The buyer must bear the cost of the return postage.
I make every effort to ensure that the photographic images are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that all computer equipment, monitors etc. vary between systems.
